My Qualities
My prayer is that I will develop the following qualities:
- humble, but not harmless
- Honorable, but not sycophants
- reliable, but not predictable
- bold, but not impetuous
- holy, but not limping
- patient, but not passive
- powerful, but not controlling
- encouraging, without being flattering
- sensitive, but not timid
- modest, but not without resistance
- Confident, but not overconfident
- steadfast, but not stubborn
- trainable, but not tame
- Friendly, but not without danger
- sharp-eyed, but not telltale
- confrontational, but not argumentative
- persistent, but not brusque
- obedient, but not submissive
- Serious, but not boring
- willing to take risks, yet wise
- peaceful, but not indifferent
- spontaneous, yet prepared
- giving, but also able to receive
- transparent, but also capable of keeping secrets
- extreme, yet balanced
- Spirit-led, yet self-controlled
- Subordinate to people, but following God
