Proclamations About the Blood
In no other situation in our life of faith are we as strong and unshakable as when we boldly and fearlessly lay hold of God’s promises, claim them, and confess them with our mouths. For with our mouths we confess and bear witness to Jesus’ sacrificial death and to the blessings we have received, as it is written:
… you proclaim the Lord’s sacrificial death until he comes!
1 Corinthians 11:26
We believe with our hearts and confess with our mouths!
(see Romans 10:10)
My prayer and confession, which I offer to myself personally during the Lord's Supper:
I thank You, Lord Jesus, that when You were betrayed that night, You took the bread to give it for me. I thank You for this precious gift. I receive this bread—Your sacrificed body—into myself.
I thank You, Jesus, that I am allowed to drink from the cup of the New Covenant—Your blood, which You shed for me. I always remember what You have done for me, and I proclaim it.
I pray that You will make me an overcomer through Your blood!
The blood of Jesus is the foundation upon which we have received forgiveness, been cleansed, restored, and equipped to move forward against the schemes of the enemy.
We now want to make some declarations about the blood of Jesus and what it means for our lives of faith—with grateful hearts and in the certainty of the knowledge given by the Holy Spirit:
I declare that the blood The blood of Jesus Christ, which He shed on the cross, is the foundation upon which I stand.
I proclaim: With His blood Christ has
• redeemed me (Acts 20:28),
• justified (Romans 5:9),
• cleansed from all sin (1 John 1:7),
• redeemed (Ephesians 1:7; Revelation 1:5)
• and sanctified (Hebrews 13:12).
I explain that the blood of the Lamb which guarantees that my sin is forgiven. I am strengthened, anointed, and sealed with the precious blood of Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:21–22). Through that blood, He has given me everything (Romans 8:32).
I explain that the blood of the Lamb has broken the power of sin and death once and for all!
I proclaim that the blood of the Lamb My victory is the one that has overcome the world.
I proclaim, that my testimony is based solely on the Blood of the Lamb I am ready to face the enemy because Jesus is with me. He lives in me; He is the Victor—in me, through me, and with me. I stand on the biblical testimony: “They have conquered him [satan] by the blood of the Lamb!” (Revelation 12:11).
I proclaim that in the blood of the Lamb the power of the Holy Spirit, to whom I entrust the guidance of my life and who grants me revelation, wisdom, and insight into God’s strategies and purposes.
I declare that the blood of the Lamb My strength is what enables me to recognize that my power lies in God, my salvation. I proclaim that Yahweh is my song of praise and my salvation, and that Jesus is my confidence and my strength (Psalm 28:7; Habakkuk 3:18).
I proclaim that through the blood of the Lamb on which my security rests. I am a child of God through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, which I have accepted for myself personally. I recognize that I am His masterpiece,
• made wonderful by Him,
• equipped,
• chosen and called,
• empowered and anointed.
I proclaim that the blood of the Lamb My protection is against all mental despair, intimidation, or distress. I refuse to give any room to unbelief in my heart, and I take every thought, every stronghold, and every high place captive that rises up against the knowledge of God (2 Corinthians 10:5). I declare that I will bear witness to God’s faithfulness.
I proclaim that the blood of the Lamb speaks to me. When darkness reaches out to seize me and no glimmer of light is in sight, I trust in the blood of the Lamb and in His name: Jesus Christ. I take refuge in my God (Isaiah 50:10).
I explain the power of the blood of Jesus and His sure protection over all my worries and fears regarding the future. I stand on the words of promise that Jesus has given me in His Word, and I declare that I am not worried about my life. Neither about what I will eat, nor what I will drink, nor what I will wear, for my life is more than food and my body more than clothing (Matthew 6:25; Philippians 4:6–7).
I proclaim that the blood of the Lamb is the protection of my life, as well as that of my family, my children, and my children’s children. We are protected by the blood. I proclaim that the convicting power of the Holy Spirit will lead all those who are still standing in the valley of decision to repentance, and that they will come to the knowledge of the truth and of life in Christ.
I proclaim that the blood of the Lamb shattering the enemy's resistance in the natural and supernatural worlds. I bring confusion, chaos, and strife into the enemy's plans and schemes.
I say:
Praise the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever!
Thus shall the redeemed of Yahweh say—those whom he has redeemed from the hand of the oppressor—
Psalm 107:1-2
God has more for you!
