Illness, pain, infirmity, misery, and suffering are godless forces, which came into the world through sin. They are not part of God’s brilliant original order, but rather an expression of fallen humanity’s separation from its Creator.

But wherever the Kingdom of God—His realm—is present, things can change dramatically and the divine order be restored. Even in the Old Covenant, the Lord reveals Himself by an important and glorious name: Yahweh Rapha. He describes himself as a doctor—one who heals the sick. How much more true is this in the New Covenant that Jesus established for us! Martin talks with you about healing and Why We Can Expect Healing in Our Lives.
